Quadrature Compression Technology in Two-Level Polyadic Space for Infocommunication Systems

The article develops a method for encoding quadratures transformer wavelet transformation. To encode them, it is proposed to carry out local segmentation into smaller blocks. Each block is considered from the standpoint of applying block codes. For encoding, it is proposed to use a two-level polyadic encoding. In this case, the structural redundancy of the transformer quadratures is reduced. To reduce processing time and the amount of service information, dynamic coding technology is being created in a polyadic space. The results of experimental studies are given. The analysis of which allows us to assert the effectiveness of the developed method.
