Design of A Programmable Solar Cell Active Antenna Frequency Source

This paper proposes a programmable solar cell active antenna frequency source, which consists of two parts: solar cell charging boost regulator and frequency source signal generation circuit. The solar cell charging boost regulator is to supply power to the frequency source. The frequency source signal generation circuit mainly uses micro controller type of STM32 and broadband synthesizer type of LMX2572. The output frequency of the frequency source is adjusted by SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) communication between the micro controller and the broadband synthesizer, so that the output frequency range is 12.5MHz~6.4GHz without using an internal frequency multiplier. The design can be integrated with antenna for applications such as low-power radio communication systems.
