Study on a Fast Algorithm Model for Creep Rupture Damage of Turbine Blade Based on Engine Life Management

Based on the requirements of engine life management, a fast algorithm model for creep rupture damage of turbine blade is developed. Firstly, a gas turbine blade of an engine is taken as the research object, and damage per unit time of the blade under typical states of engine is obtained by precise analysis method. Then, according to the result, the response surface method (RSM) was used to establish a fast algorithm model for creep rupture damage of turbine blade with respect to inlet temperature of power turbine(T45) and rotational speed. The fast algorithm model is verified and analyzed, and the results show that the calculation accuracy and safety of this fast algorithm model can meet the engineering application requirements.
