A Parameterized Management APP for Controlling 3D Printing Accuracy

3D printing is playing an increasingly important role in energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection because of its advantages of green printing silk material, environmental protection, and no toxic and waste of gas pollution in the printing process. The stability of the printer nozzle outlet velocity is an important factor affecting the 3D printing accuracy. The smaller the velocity standard deviation of the nozzle outlet is, the higher the printing accuracy is. Based on the results of finite element analysis, a parameterized management APP for controlling 3D printing accuracy is obtained. By changing the structural parameters and (or) working parameters of the FDM 3D printing nozzle or the material parameters of the printing silk, the structure model, grid model, nephograms of temperature, pressure and velocity distribution and their slice nephograms, and the standard deviation of outlet velocity can be obtained in real time.
