Signal to Noise Ratio Improvement Scheme for OFDM System Based on Wavelet Transform

Wavelet analysis is a time-frequency analysis method with variable resolution which is another glorious example of the perfect combination of pure mathematics and applied mathematics after the Fourier transform and enjoys the reputation of “mathematical microscope”. Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is a type of multicarrier modulation technology for digital communication and plays an important role in mobile communication networks. In this paper, we analysis the whole implementation process of OFDM systems and gives the advantages and disadvantages of wavelet analysis, we study the application of the wavelet Signal to noise(SNR) improvement method to the signal recovery process of OFDM systems and try to combine the advantages of wavelet to obtain a more efficient OFDM system implementation method. To confirm the wide application prospect of wavelet in OFDM systems, this paper simulates the application of wavelet SNR improvement in OFDM systems.
