Research on Vehicle Mass Prediction Based on Recursive Least Squares Method Based on Fuzzy Control

Aiming at the problem that the quality change in the process of vehicle transportation affects the vehicle performance, the recursive least squares vehicle mass estimation modeling algorithm based on fuzzy control is studied. Building a vehicle space state model based on vehicle longitudinal dynamics, use recursive least squares method with fuzzy controller to control forgetting factor to process data, at different times, different forgetting factors are calculated according to the importance of the data, so as to achieve a more accurate estimation of the vehicle quality. The mathematical model is built in the Matlab/Simlulink platform, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by co-simulation with VPAT. The results show that the algorithm has good recognition accuracy, the quality estimation error is less than 3%, and the algorithm model achieves the expected effect.
