Research on Intelligent System of Composite Resonant Pulse Battery Repair Equipment

This paper proposes a repair method of the combination of positive and negative pulses and high-frequency resonance for valve-regulated lead-acid batteries that cause capacity decline due to sulfation. The method enables one set of circuits to generate three working and vulcanizing principles for repairing waveform lead-acid batteries. Firstly, this paper discusses the principle of pulse fast charging and resonant composite pulse charging. Secondly, this paper designs a battery repairing charging and discharging system from both hardware and software aspects. At the same time, this paper combines the fuzzy algorithm in the software design to realize the intelligent control of the charging process. Finally, the system is verified by repair experiments. The test results show that the system can greatly increase the capacity of the backward lead-acid battery.
