Anti Horn System

Excessive Honking is a major concern in countries like India. While in western countries, honking is considered a sign of insult or disrespect of the other driver, in countries like India, honking is a result of undisciplined traffic and disobeying traffic rules on a large scale. No Honking Zones are highly affected by this needless honking. Several technologies have been implemented in order to avoid excessive honking, but to no avail. Hefty fines are charged to control Noise Pollution caused due to honking, but a permanent solution to this is the need of the hour. This paper proposes an Anti Horn System to provide a solution to this problem faced worldwide. The proposed system aims at reducing the noise pollution drastically in No Honking Zones, like schools, hospitals and libraries to make cities smarter. The paper also throws some light on the commercialization aspect and feasibility of the proposed system
