Two-Wheeler Location Tracking and Tilt Monitoring System

Population in India is increasing rapidly which in turn there is an increase in the demand for public transport. Due to this increasingly high demand, most of the Indian population are looking for a better transportation experience along with less commuting time. One such alternative is private transportation for short-distance commutes. The statistics of the deaths caused by road accidents state that there are around 1 million deaths per year because of rash driving, steep turning, carelessness of driver etc. The proposed model of the embedded system will detect the latitude and longitudinal location of the accident spot using GPS and GSM module and sends the data to the WEB APIs when there is the availability of the network. Data acquisition is made in the absence of the network and data is stored in the local storage and retained when there is the availability of the network. A gyroscope is attached to the embedded system which provides the data about the total amount of bent done by the vehicle during the turn which in turn helps to identify the bike damage.
