Partial fraction expansion without derivative evaluation

A practical algorithm for computing the partial fraction expansion of a general rational function without derivative evaluations is given. In addition, it is shown how to reduce the roundoff error in its implementation. The procedure is rather straightforward, accurate, efficient, and easy to program.<
