Comments on "Explaining real dollar cost of imaginary power to nonengineers"

The author comments on the paper by W.E. Kazibwe (see ibid., vol.18, no.8, 1998). The author attempts to address the problem of common usage of the bad terminology, 'imaginary power' and 'reactive power'. He gives the correct terminology which should be volt-amperes reactive. He then discusses the concept of volt-amperes reactive.
