A comparison of methods used to reduce radiated emissions

This study compares the emissions from several different printed circuit board assemblies. Each printed circuit board assembly had different techniques applied to reduce the radiated emissions. The printed circuit boards were tested in an anechoic chamber to measure the emissions. The results of these tests were evaluated to determine if there were any differences in measured emissions. Two criteria were compared: number of signals and average magnitude of the signals.
