Microwave passive and active composites based on dielectrics

According to a structure, microwave dielectrics based on composite materials are divided on the micro-textured and macro-textured. Depending on the application, these composites might be as a passive material (which properties are invariable) so an active material (which parameters can be controlled by electrical, magnetic or thermal field). In this report the results of theoretical and experimental studies of various microwave dielectric-based heterogeneous structures are considered. The greatest accent is devoted to high-Q microwave devices with electrical control.
