Suppression of multi-photon emission in 1.5-µm quantum-dot single-photon source

state in the single InAs/InP QD, g

(0) was decreased to the detection limit. Rabi oscillation of the PL intensity of e
0
h
0
state is also observed under the resonant excitation into the e
1
h
0
state. These results suggest that the coherent exciton generation into e
1
h
0
state is effective to improve the purity of the single-photon emission.
