Precision Metrology at the University of Western Australia invited paper

The Frequency Standards and Metrology Research Group at the University of Western Australia have been developing some of the world's most ultra-precise measurements at microwave frequencies since the 1990s. This paper reviews past and intended future work with applications to low temperatures where quantum effects become important.
