A New Image Scrambling Technology Based on Noncommutative Wavelets Domain

Improving the reference [1], give a new scrambling algorithm based on noncom mutative wavelets domain. The statistic characteristic and energy distribution of coefficients was analyzed. The result of experiment shows that we can get better scrambling degree by the algorithm in this paper.
