Power Principles [review of "Electric Power Principles - Sources, Conversion, and Distribution of Use" (Kirtley, J.L.; 2010)]

This book discusses energy conversion, network steady-state analysis, and electric machine starting and operation. The topic of stopping electricity flow is omitted. As a suggestion for the next revision, a Chapter 16 could be added on the topics of circuit breakers. Overall, though, this book is an excellent effort and a great addition to the literature.
