Mobile phone users and base stations versus human health concern

With the growing numbers of mobile phone users, base stations and other ubiquitous communication apparatuses, electromagnetic hazard to human health is luring prior concerns in general populations and government organizations. This paper presents government management on RF radiation issues through inter-department coordination effort in Taiwan. Regulation and techniques for measuring/reducing EM hazard is elaborated in detail.
