Some peculiarities of breakdown voltage computation in non-uniform electric field by impulse impact

A numerical model of positive streamer is developed. One-dimensional approximation is used to describe the streamer channel whereas processes near the streamer head are considered as an axisymmetric two-dimensional problem. Results of the computation are compared with commonly known data about a streamer.
