Computing Transformation Matrices for Arbitrary Polynomial Transformation

In many engineering applications it is required to convert a polynomial into another polynomial through a transformation. This letter presents a simple algorithm by which one can successively compute transformation matrices of various order for arbitrary polynomial transformation.
