Computer Simulation of Temperature Characteristics in the Process of Vacuum and Selective FIR Drying for Litchi

Based on the spherical character of litchi, a heat and mass transfer model on shell-membrane and flesh-stone drying for litchi under the liquid-vapor interface moving was established and the temperature equation under shrinkage with interface moving was numerically solved.
