Region-position 3D labeling algorithm for three dimensional analysis of cells

In this paper, we have proposed a region-position 3D labeling algorithm for a three dimension analysis of cells in a histological tissue. A cell in a tissue section contains much information about diseases. This information is very important in the diagnosis and the treatment of diseases. However, we can find a seriously problem during to get the information of cell analysis based on a two-dimensional image. This problem can lead to removing artifacts the size or the diameter of depending on the angle of the physical sectioning etc. And it is difficult to get the correct analysis because we don't know the three-dimensional shape of cells. Therefore, we need to the three-dimensional data of cells. From these volumetric data some three-dimensional features could be quantified. And three-dimensional visualization could be created. It is a method that purposed a 3D labeling which consists of several steps as follows. The first step is a detecting the region-position of all objects in a two-dimensional image. Secondly, the 3D object creates to the amount of object numbers in a slice. Thirdly, an interconnection makes by using region-position of before and after object in the two-dimensional images. Finally, if it has been interconnected the object creates a new 3D object. In the proposed a 3D labeling algorithm could be reduced the time-complexity and we believe that our method could become a useful method of 3D labeling.
