Transmission of microwaves through Fe/V multilayer nanostructures

There is especial interest to study the electrodynamics properties of metallic nanostructures. Fe/V nanostructures are investigated in this paper by electromagnetic penetration method. The magnetic field dependence of transmission coefficient was explored. It has been found that the most valuable mechanism of interaction between electromagnetic wave and our magnetron-sputtered Fe/V nanostructures is the influence of magnetic moments movement under the ferromagnetic resonance conditions. The resonant variations in microwave penetration are caused by the acoustic branch of magnetic moment oscillations.
