Comments on "Time-domain reflectometry using arbitrary incident waveforms"

This paper suggests slight changes to the time-domain reflectometry algorithm presented in the above paper [see ibid., vol. 50, no. 11, p 2558-63, 2002]. Proposed changes make the algorithm simpler to implement. An example of computations is given.
