Simulation and experiment research on three-level BUCK circuit with passive soft-switching

Three-level BUCK circuit with passive soft switching is studied in this paper. Passive soft switching cells are added into the converter and do not increase the complexity of control. The operating principles of the soft switching are discussed in detail. Simulation and experiment waveforms are given in this paper. The practicability of the circuit is verified.
