Research on Construction and Application of Blended Teaching Evaluation Index System based on Information Technology

The wide application of information technology in teaching method has become an important means to carry out the reform in education, which makes teaching methods gradually diversified. With the development of out the reform in education, the effectiveness of teaching is more reflected in the integration of information technology and curriculum structure, content, resources and implementation. The application of information technology in modern education, and the integration of various disciplines is a need, but also an inevitable trend. Blended teaching is based on online course resources, using appropriate digital teaching tools, rich online teaching methods, and organically combined with offline teaching. Through the needs analysis of the teaching evaluation of the blended teaching mode, a diversified teaching evaluation index system is designed, the reliability and consistency of the assessment indicators are analyzed, and the weight of each indicator is determined. Finally, taking the course of “Civil engineering materials” as an example, the evaluation system is applied, and the results show that the evaluation system comprehensively considers the characteristics of blended teaching, covering pre-class, class, post-class and teaching effect, comprehensively reflects the whole process evaluation, and comprehensively and objectively evaluating the learning effect of students.
