Online and Offline Blending Learning Reform of “Tourism Service Psychology” in Higher Vocational Education Based on the “Xueyin Online” Platform

Under the guidance of action oriented concept, higher vocational “tourism service psychology” course focuses on the combination of knowledge, practice and experience. The online and offline blending learning is the effective teaching practice mode of the course. With the help of the “Xueyin Online” platform, starting from solving students' puzzles and focusing on students' experience, this course has three stages, that is learning independently online before class, learning together online and offline in class and growing up together after class. The aim is to combine the online knowledge and offline practice, and to help students master practical knowledge and skills of tourism psychological service. The whole course runs through the “professional quality training of tourism service providers” and implements the “moral education” and” cultural education”.
