Design and Selection of Power Coupling Device of Electro-mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission for Tractor

Aiming at the problems of complex structure, high fuel consumption and complex operation of high-power wheeled tractors, a method for selecting the type of tractor electromechanical continuously variable transmission structure and power coupling device is proposed. Combining the characteristics of planetary gear transmission, a variety of dual planetary gear train power coupling device structure schemes are developed, and the coupling characteristic relationship of various power coupling devices is obtained by using the equivalent lever method. The relationship between speed and torque is compared and analyzed. Transmission characteristics, combined with the actual operating conditions and power requirements of the tractor, select a power coupling device program that meets the tractor's operating requirements, which provides a theoretical basis for the research on the power coupling device of the tractor's electro-mechanical continuously variable transmission.
