Theoretical Research of Vibrations of the Electromechanical Drive of a Technological Machine in Construction Production

The kinematic diagram is presented, mathematical models of two dual-mass dynamic systems are compiled, given respectively to the input and output shafts of the gear reducer, to describe the vibrations of the electromechanical drive of the working body of a technological machine at variable moments of resistance forces. As a result of solving the obtained differential equations, with the help of complex functions, the laws of torsional vibrations of the rotor of the electric motor and other elements of the electromechanical drive are determined at a harmonic moment of resistance forces. Functional dependences are determined that describe the angles of torsion of the shafting and the dynamic loads of the elements of the electromechanical drive during its torsional vibrations. Recommendations for improving the performance and reliability of the electromechanical drive of a technological machine are given.
