Evaluation of the anti-jamming performance of SAR based on ELECTRE-III

Evaluation of the anti-jamming effect of synthetic open radar (SAR) is an important problem in the electronic war. Existing evaluation methods generally use the method of controlling the interference index of Image SAR. When the SAR image quality is poor, the performance of these methods will decline. To solve the above problems, a comprehensive evaluation method based on multi-attribute decision-making theory is proposed. Firstly, the SAR anti-jamming evaluation model is established. On this basis, a new evaluation index system is proposed. It consists of a signal layer, an image layer and a decision layer. The relative weight of each index shall be determined by a combined weighing method. Finally, the anti-jamming performance of SAR is evaluated by using elector III. The correctness and rationality of the model and evaluation method are verified by simulation.
