Systems of Complete Self-Organization of the Nanotechnological Process

This paper describes the concepts of conservative and dissipative self-organization, mechanisms of nucleation of condensates under conditions of high and low supersaturations, and dissipative self-organization of low supersaturations in plasma-condensate systems. The efficiency of a combination of dissipative self-organization of ultra-low supersaturations of condensed vapor and conservative self-organization of nanosystems is shown on examples of metal nanosystems synthesis in the form of patterns and carbon nanotubes. This is the basis of the new concept of complete self-organization of the nanotechnological process.
