Design and Test of Transmission Line in SFQ Circuit

In this paper, the transmission line structure applied to the SFQ circuit was designed and tested. The
${4.7\Omega}$
impedance MSL designed and prepared based on the Nb-based superconducting process can ensure the PTL circuit to have a current bias margin of 58%, and achieve 0 error rate during the transmission of the SFQ signal. The prepared
${50\Omega}$
impedance MSL and CPW have been measured for low-temperature and high-frequency S-parameters. The results show that the structure has excellent transmission performance with
$\mathbf{S}_{11} {\leqslant-}$
15dB and
$\mathbf{S}_{21} {\geqslant-1 \text{dB}}$
at 0-18GHz.
