Lamb dip stabilization of a THz quantum-cascade laser

We report on stabilizing a THz quantum-cascade laser to a molecular transition in a Doppler-free configuration. We locked the frequency to the Lamb dip of the transition, which is one order of magnitude narrower than the unsaturated absorption line.
