Temperature dependent terahertz spectrum analysis and theoretical calculation of the Dapsone drugs

Dapsone is a sulfonamides drug used to treat various types of leprosy and skin diseases. The temperature dependent absorption spectra of dapsone in the range of 0.3 to2.1THz were obtained. The Gaussian and CASTEP software was used respectively for molecular and crystal calculation of dapsone. The experimental results were compared with the calculated results, and the differences were analyzed in this study.
