Research on Optimal Operation of Energy Service Provider for Flexible Load

With the continuous liberalization of the energy market, energy load aggregators and large users are bound to transform from traditional energy recipients to multiple participants with both energy purchase and sales capabilities. Therefore, the integrated demand response has broad de velopment prospects in the multi-energy market under the background of the energy Internet, and also directly affects the operation mechanism and trading results of the energy market. This paper takes energy service providers as the decision maker, analyzes the response characteristics and corresponding strategies of users' flexible loads and establishes a day-ahead energy price mechanism for a variety of user interaction resources.Firstly, models for the coordinated and optimized operation of the energy hub and for flexible load optimization under price guidance are established separately. And then a two-layer optimization model considering both user response decision-making and hub coordination optimization is constructed on a recent time scale. To convert the two-layer optimization model equivalently, the Lagrangian multiplier method and KKT conditions are used so that the equivalent single-layer MPEC model of the two-layer optimization problem is derived.An example is used to compare the energy supply situation of the energy center and the costs and benefits of the energy service provider under the consideration of the flexible load and without considering the flexible load. At the same time, the electricity price and heat price for each time period of the next day are formulated through optimization decisions to obtain the results of energy equipment scheduling. The conclusion can help optimize the demand curve of electric load and heat load, alleviate the output coupling problem of combined heat and power units to a certain extent, reduce the peak electricity price purchase power and the overall operating cost.
