Application and discussion of key technologies for the integration of high-temperature Electrostatic Precipitator + SCR denitrification in the cement industry

With the increasingly stringent NOx emission standards for the flue gas of cement kiln, the development and application of selective catalytic reduction (SCR technology) is imperative. The SCR denitrification technology for cement kiln is divided into multiple technical paths according to different temperature ranges, dust concentrations and layout locations. Based on our company s application case under the specific working conditions of 350 °C high temperature and up to 180g/Nm3 dust concentration, the key points of the process for our company's high temperature electrostatic precipitator + SCR denitrification integrated technology are discussed to provide the application experience of SCR technology for cement kiln.
