The Analysis of Factors Affecting Using Interest of QRIS Payment Systems on E-wallet Applications in Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) on e-wallet ease of use, which affects user satisfaction, the impact of QRIS on e-wallet usefulness, which affects user satisfaction, the impact of QRIS on e-wallet perceived compatibility, which affects user satisfaction, and the impact of QRIS on user satisfaction, which affects the intention to use QRIS on e-wallet. This study employs quantitative methods, with 145 e-wallet application users in Indonesia serving as respondents. Measurements are made using Davis's Technology Acceptance Model, which has been modified to include five variables: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usability, Perceived Compatibility, User Satisfaction, and Intention to Use. According to the research results, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived compatibility all have a 61.6 percent impact on user satisfaction. Meanwhile, user satisfaction influences intention to use by 68.2 percent.
