Good practice guide for data visualization in the area of descriptive statistics

Currently descriptive statistics is used in different areas where quantitative data are collected in order to describe the general behavior through some measure of central tendency, measures of dispersion or frequency distribution to be subsequently analyzed and to decide which statistical methods can be used in the next stage which is inferential statistics. The statistical variables are exposed through a data visualization that helps to make the information quickly digestible, taking less time for the analysis and transmitting the variable in a clear, simple and understandable way. As long as it is presented in a more effective and correct way and omitting errors that could damage or misrepresent the transmission of information. Therefore, the present research aims to provide good practices of data visualization for the presentation of the main statistical variables such as relative frequency, absolute frequency, average, regression and correlation.
