Based on the use of SPSS software analysis of the plateau and plain area of college students physical quality difference

The physical fitness of the students in Qinghai University and Shanxi Agricultural University was investigated, and the difference between the physical fitness of the students in the plain area and the plateau area was emphasized. using the mathematical statistics method to test the pull-ups (male), sit-ups(female), standing long jump, 50 meters, 800 meters(female), 1000m(male) and Sit and Reach data is analyzed, by use of Excel and SPSS statistics software for data processing. The study found that: the plateau and plain students have an advantage in terms of food, power quality, geography and climate environment is the key to affect the students’ speed, endurance, flexibility quality, and put forward in the plateau low oxygen of special geographical environment, Qinghai university students’ physical education curriculum, should be how to better improve the students’ physical quality.
