Monte Carlo Modeling of Employment Distribution of College Graduates based on Data Mining Technology

This study considers the university as the sample to follow general process of knowledge discovery. Also applying a data mining technology constructs the prediction model of graduates' employment. This research work has made a scientific analysis of the academic data and employment related data of college graduates over the years, and finds out the available knowledge and potential laws, which can provide reference for colleges and universities to deal with the situation of increasing employment pressure and prominent employment structural contradictions. This provides a scientific data-based reference for students' career guidance work to make correct decisions.
