Research on Matching Method of Navigation Capacity Based on Genetic Algorithm

Aiming at the distributed combination optimization problem of navigation capacity resources and production task areas, a navigation capacity matching method based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed. To minimize the amount of transportation resources needed to carry out production tasks, a multi constraint model for the allocation of navigation capacity resources is established. The initial population, crossover operator and mutation operator of genetic algorithm are improved according to the operation characteristics of navigable power generation, and the simulation verification is carried out based on the actual operation data of a large domestic navigation power company. The results show that this method can save 40.7% of the capacity resources compared with the traditional manual scheduling, and the matching results can provide decision-making basis for actual operation control and scheduling.
