Event-triggered neuroadaptive attitude control for spacecraft with fixed-time prescribed performance

In this paper, the robust event-triggered attitude control problem for rigid spacecraft with guaranteed transient and steady-state performance in the presence of external disturbances, unknown inertia parameters, and input saturation is investigated. First, using the prescribed performance control theory, a novel fixed-time polynomial function is designed to impose desired performance. Then, by integrating the radial basis function neutral network approximation technique into the backstepping control framework, an event-triggered neuroadaptive saturated control law is proposed. With the Lyapunov framework, it is proved that the proposed control law ensures the satisfaction of the prespecified performance, and the ultimate boundedness of all closed-loop signals. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
