Intelligent Control System Design for High Vacuum Die Casting Process

Aiming at the problems of low operation reliability and maintainability of the original vacuum die-casting workers, various complex parameters control and monitoring requirements, this paper proposes a control method for vacuum pressure regulating casting control system based on PLC. We make a detailed description of the design idea of the control system and the design and implementation of the specific software and hardware. During the control process, the absolute pressure sensor of acquisition layer is used to acquire the pressure value of differential pressure casting equipment, and the pressure data is transmitted to the main control layer through CAN bus. In equipment operation, fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm is adopted to control the production process. The experimental results show that the intelligent control system of vacuum die casting has high control precision and sensitive response, which shortens the time of intelligent control and exception handling in vacuum casting production.
