Research on the Development of 5G Industry Assisted by Virtual Reality Technology

The era of industry 4.0 has come, and virtual reality (VR) as a representative technology will be widely used. 5G’s large bandwidth and low delay characteristics are the important guarantee for the application of virtual reality technology. However, the popularization of virtual reality technology will also promote the optimization and upgrading of 5G industry. This paper studies the application prospect of virtual reality technology in 5G base station survey, network security upgrade, operator staff skills improvement, marketing strategy transformation and other fields. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of virtual reality technology in 5G application, which provides research basis for researchers in the same field.
