Influence of turbulent jet flow on flow field and development of APPJ

Atmospheric pressure plasma jet is a novel and promising method to generate thermally nonequilibrium plasma, but the length and temperature of the plasma jet can be significantly influenced by the turbulent jet flow. In the present paper, effect of flow on laminar flow length, jet length and bullet velocity under different material conditions are studied and development of the plasma bullet are investigated.
