Research on Technical Principles of Distribution Network Planning for Random Charging of Electric Passenger Vehicles under the Background of New Infrastructure

This paper summarizes the overview of application research on electric vehicles, and predicts the development of electric vehicles technology and electric passenger vehicles population in large-scale application stage. It also builds charging load distribution model of EPV with this model and analyzes the impact of charging load on distribution network at large-scale application stage from different levels taking a province in Central China as an example. In view of the impact of large-scale application of electric passenger vehicles, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the principles of distribution network planning from the perspectives of load forecasting, substation, medium and low voltage distribution network, etc.
