Torque Ripple Suppression Strategy of Doubly Salient Electro-magnetic Motor Based on Three-phase Six-state Torque Closed-loop Control

Aiming at the problem of torque ripple of doubly salient electro-magnetic motor (DSEM), this paper proposes a torque ripple suppression strategy based on three-phase six-state (TPSS) torque closed-loop control. In order to make full use of the inductance variation region of DSEM to output torque, based on the standard angle control, the control strategy of conducting the next phase positive current in advance is adopted to realize the instantaneous torque closed-loop control of the motor. The variation characteristics of the current and output torque of each phase in the commutation process are quantitatively analyzed based on the linear inductance model. The analysis shows that the proposed control strategy can increase the electromagnetic torque in each mode. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively suppress the torque ripple of DSEM.
