Comprehensive economic evaluation system of distribution network considering emergency resources

In view of the current situation of the research on the economics of distribution network, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system for the economics of the distribution network considering emergency resource scheduling. Including financial evaluation indicators considering life cycle cost (LCC), reliability evaluation index and emergency resource scheduling index. Then select the subjective and objective combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the index weight, in order to make the indicator weights more realistic and effective. Finally, analyze an example of distribution network planning in a certain area to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
