Express Method for Thermodynamic Diagnostics of Hydraulic Systems with Hydraulic Volume Rotary Machines in Operating Conditions

Theoretical and experimental results on the development of authors' express method for thermodynamic diagnosing of volumetric hydraulic systems under real operating conditions are presented and discussed in this report. The emphasis is on delivering integrated diagnostic indicator - overall efficiency for working cycle in real time. A mathematical model for the implementation of the method is developed and model and field experiments are held, and the feasibility of the method is demonstrated. A good match is obtained between theoretical and experimental results.
