A Identification Method on Real-time Ship Traffic Accident

In order to improve the ability of real-time ship traffic accident prediction, the support vector machine (SVM) technology was introduced to construct the SVM model. The historical data are used to verify it and results show that the model is effective, and the accident classification accuracy is 82.13%; Compared with BP neural network and Bayesian method, the SVM model has better accident classification accuracy and overall classification accuracy, but the non-accident classification accuracy is lower than both.
